Subject: Unacceptable Service

Back a few months ago I called APM-USA to place an order for a Nikon zoom eyepiece. I was told that it was in stock and agreed to purchase it. A few days later I still hadn't received the eyepiece so I called them to confirm that the eyepiece had been shipped. The person I spoke with was the same person that I had talked with earlier and she said that she remembered the earlier call, but she couldn't find the paperwork. Anyway, I confirmed that I still wanted the eyepiece and she agreed to ship it out to me. Once again the eyepiece failed to arrive so I called and talked to her a third time. At that point she said that she had shipped the eyepiece and would trace it. Well, all I can say is that the eyepiece never arrived and she never called me back to explain what happened to the shipment and interestingly enough my credit card was never charged. So I can only assume that she never shipped the eyepiece in the first place because I'm pretty certain that there would have been a charge and a credit on my credit card statement had she been telling me the truth.

So in my mind they have no idea about how to run a business and I'd be careful about dealing with them.
