Stay away from these crooks!!! They also operate as www.reliableaudiovideo.com Whay a joke they are. Nothing but a credicard charging co who will never deliver your product. I placed an order on 7-3 and was charged the SAME day for the order. I was told I would have my product in 4-5 business days. Then when I couldn't get a tracking number from them they keep saying, oh it will ship out today, call back tomorrow for the tracking number. This has happened for three days in a row. Then they say they were shipping via trucking company that doesn't even deliver to my area. Then they tell me they gave me too good of a deal and would lose money on my transaction. Like that's my freaking problem. I'll be lucky if I ever get my money back. Stay away from scam artists like these.

Reliable Audio Video
I just bought a Denon Receiver from "Ray" last week, it arrived in three days, double boxed, factory fresh, exactly as he said it would. The price was better than any other dealer and "Ray" was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

I just bought a Sony KV-36XBR450 from "Jay" last week, it arrived in 6 days, boxed, factory fresh, exactly as he said it would. The price was better than any other dealer and "Jay" was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

Reliable Audio Video
I just received a PSB speaker system that I ordered less than a week ago from Reliable Audio. I admit to being a little cautious ordering from these people after reading the bad review someone gave them back in July but a friend of mine who has ordered from them before assured me that he never had a problem with them and so I placed the order. I was not expecting much when I called but the guy on the phone was very courteous and seemed to know what he was talking about. I bought speaker cables from him also after realizing that it took a lot of cable to wire a surround sound system and the price he gave me was far below what I would have paid locally. All I can say is dealing with them was a huge relief after the negative experiences I've had with others and I'd definitely order from them again.

I had the exact same experience as the previous poster - Please understand that Reliable A/V is the same company as Uncles Stereo - No one knows this including the BBB of NY (they do now!). Why is this important; because numerous complaints have been registered with the BBB about Uncles Stereo, but none with Reliable A/V (until now). Reliable is a front to cover up poor business practices of Uncles Stereo - Check with the BBB yourself. My situation ended up OK thanks to my great credit card co. who refunded my charge and pressed legal action against Reliable to get reimbursed. In short, they will tell you they are an authorized dealer (they are NOT) and promise shipment, but never provide proof of shipment. When your product does NOT arrive, they will let you cancel the order, but will make you pay for the shipping charge on the item you never received (and that never shipped). Don't take any chances with these guys!

Reliable Audio Video
Recently ordered and received a Denon AVR 4802 from Relaible. Some others on the net had a slightly lower price, but Reliable is listed as a Yahoo 5 star company, so decided to go with them. As some others have stated, my receipt came from Uncle's Stereo, however the unit was shipped in a timely fashion, arrived double boxed, and appeared to be "new" with all elements in unopened bags. The unit has performed flawlessly (10 days). Can't yet comment on service aspects, as I have had no problems with the unit. I personally, at this point with my present experence, would buy from them again.

Reliable Audio Video
I ordered a Sunfire True subwoofer, Jr. from them. They billed my credit card but never shipped. When I called to inquire, I was told that the unit had been ready to go out but they had discovered some concealed damage (they must have been able to see through the carton!) and that they only had that one in stock. They were expecting more in a few days. I checked back twice more and was told that the unit was on the way. That was 10 days ago. Let the buyer beware!
