i saw this movie twice in one day on the sci-fi channel, normally i don't watch that channel because i'm not always into the kind of things they play. i heard that they were to be having an animation week. unfortunatly, this was the only movie i saw. i liked it, it was odd because the first time i saw it i could barely understand what was going on, i came in towards the end, luckily i got to see it when they played it later on that night and i caught the whole thing. i liked it, it was really good and i hope sci-fi channel plays this movie next year too :)

Although I've seen better Animation, I love the characters, especially the relationship between Lum and Ataro. I find the story not only funny but also Uplifting.

I thought this was the best anime I have ever seen. The music sets the mood perfectly for the eerieness. And even though I missed the first half hour of it, I still understood pretty well what was going on. But I must say that a small familiarity with Japanesse culture would help, but it is not neccessary.

Awesome characters, dynamic storyline. This movie makes you think because of all of the intricately woven details and twist&turns of the plot. Lum is the cutest alien I have ever seen :P Can't wait to see all of Urusei Yatsura's anime and manga.

This was the first anime movie i had ever seen,(on the sci-fi channle
during anime week), and I missed the first half of it! I was pretty
mad, until it was on again later that night, and i got to see the
whole thing. Needless to say, I loved it and now own a copy of it!
