Initially the speaker package I wanted was out of stock but Mike stated that if I waited 2 weeks he would be able to fill my order. Two weeks later to the day my order was shipped! Everything as promised! Did I mention I saved $300?!!! Would recommend Acoustic to everyone!

I made my order through the web site and did not receive my
product until 6 - 7 weeks later. I was told that the product was on back order. I can understand that, but nothing was
communicated to me on the status of the product except
when I called in about a month after I placed the order and
when they received the product for shipping.

Prices are some of the lowest out there. It's nice to be able to get these kind of prices on quality high end electronics from a west coast business. Shipping was half of what it would be from east coast to Alaska. Responded quickly to emails, shipped in less than 24 hours and tracking information was sent the moment it shipped. I'll have no problem reccomending ASD to others and buying from them again.

I ordered the Klipsch RC25 center speaker as both a test of acousticsounddesign.com and as a beginning to my surround sound system. I was very impressed with both the Klipsch and with Acoustic Sound Design. Great price, order tracking and timely delivery. Since my skepticism has been dashed, I plan to finish my system with both Klipsch and Acoustic Sound Design.
