Friendly fast service. I recently ordered some accessories for my telescope from OT&B Center. The accessories were in stock, shipped the same day, and recieved four days later. The sales rep. was very friendly and efficient. A very good first experience.

Very good service; staff very helpful.
Cheerful return policy on items I thought
were not up to stuff optically speaking.
Items I needed the next day arrived next day.
Made effort to give accurate shipping date
on back orders.

Out of about 10 orders, only one had any real problems.
Big ticket item was back ordered and promised in 30 days,
but actually took 4 months. To complicate matters
further, between order date and shipping date one
of the manufacturers "included" accessories became
"optional for extra ~$100." After a dozen phone
calls, letters, and faxes I eventually got my
accessory at no charge. My only gripe is that I really
had to pressure them to get it.

I have just recieved my Orion Solar Filter this morning and I am glad to say,Not only was I surprized to get it so soon,the packaging was put together with loving care! I just cant think of dealing with any other comp.Anyone can throw an item in a box and mail it.As a long time weathered back yard astronomer,I delt with a few comp.who just didnt care.Tele&Binocular you are #1 in sales,prompt
service, You just flat out care! Idont care how much it costs but if I ever need it telescope & Binocular will always be the one!!

Not the best prices but their return policies are good. I returned 2 sets of binocs to them w/o any problem. Staff is helpful. They make astonomy accessible for evryone. By this I mean that their own products may not be the best but it is a good basis for getting started in what can be a very expensive hobby.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable service and quick delivery. However, when I had a small problem with a telescope I'd gotten from them - a minor part was damaged somewhere along the line - they offered to get the part for me and ship it to me. I never received it in spite of a follow up phone call. I ended up fixing the part myself. Another time I lost an odd-sized set screw and called to see if they had a replacement. They popped another in an envelope and mailed it - free. Guess it depends on who's helping you.

Excellent customer service. I am new to astronomy and e-mailed to them many times concerning one product; and they replied all questions very soon.
Their website is excellent, can find out lots of information on their product: price, pictures, description...etc.

Have had excellent service, mostly good advice (except on skysensor 2000PC, which they had not had experience with at the time they advised). Very good delivery, usually within 3 working days. Good return policy when I returned for exchange the Skysensor 2000 for the Skysensor 2000PC. Overall, a pleasure to do business with them.

Ordered an Astroscan from Orion a number of years ago. The front glass had flaws and they refused to back it up. I had to resort to working with Edmund which made good. I've a friend who ordered two mirrors recently and had a bad experience. He wanted a 6" f/5 and got an f/8. The second mirror was not packaged well and had surface wear scratches on the mirror. The third mirror appears to be O.K.

Expensive and not real good service. They don't know the high end products very well. If they don't have it in their catalog they don't know if it will be worth anything. Example they used to carry the Losmandy mounts on the CG-11 and CG-14 but they told you that you couldn't get the DSC from anyone but them. And theirs sucks compared to Scott's. They should only sale at the cheap end of the spectrum.... For eyepieces and low end stuff they are O.K. but are expensive and they lie about when they really ship stuff. I won't work with them anymore.

Very easy to order via their website. Shipment was reasonably priced, and my order arrived promptly and was well wrapped, avoiding damage in transit. Good selection of reasonableeyepieces (Sirius Plossl), and low-cost, yet good performing, hybrid diagonal. Very wide selection of equipment, and their excellent catalog accompanied my order! Nice astro wishbook!
