Ordered a cordless phone with headset for the wife for Xmas. Headset didn't work, Netmarket said "our supplier can't keep these in stock, call Uniden." Uniden doesn't pick up the phone. The handset went out. Netmarket says "Your 30 day return period has expired." Netmarket has no customer service, doesn't stand behind what they sell. I had to stop payment on the Visa to get their attention. Never again with Netmarket!

Ordered an air conditioner from their website with a pre-pay promised delivery date of 5/12. When it became clear on 5/11(credit card not charged) that they would not be able to deliver on the promised date, I contacted the company. I was then told that the item was on backorder with no firm expectation on delivery tiem. I told them I wished to cancel my order. I was told that, since the order was already sent to the vendor, I should call back on Mon 5/14 to confirm cancellation. I called back on Mon and was told that "it takes 3 business days for a cancelation to go through". I e mailed 2 other times requesting immeidiate cancellation. I called on 5/15, and again, the cancellation had "not gone through". On 5/16 (today) I received an e mail stating that "your item has been shipped". Not only that, but the email stated that expected delivery would be 6/1 (that's 15 days -- BY UPS)!!! I again called the company and was told that, since the item had already shipped, they could not cancel the order. When I complained that I believed that it, in fact, had not been shipped. The customer service rep stated that, "yes 15 days did seem a bit long for UPS shipping, but hay, maybe it will come sooner". Now I am stuck in the familiar, " company is putting you off until the hassle created for returning the item, outweighs the acceptance of their poor service. I give them a 1 as a tribute to the poor employees that are forced to give false information to their customers day after day.

I have yet to recieve the free personal organizer I was promised for joining Netmarket over two months ago. Not even a response to the email I sent asking about it! If they can not even get back to me on a simple question, I would never consider shoping with them! What if I have a problem with my order. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE, EVER!!!

crap they won't refund full price of order even know I didn't open box. I was hung up on when trying to cancel. I will not shop with them again
