These people are VERY nice. I ordered a AIWA Surround Sound receiver and when I got it the unit was dead. I called them and before we ended the phone call, they gave me the tracking number of a replacement unit they were sending out the same day! I couldn't beleive it. I spoke to somebody name George there. He was very kinda, friendly, and understanding. He even said that they would pay to pick up the defective unit! A+++ Service all the way!!!

VideoTek, now Cobra someting or other, cannot keep its internet site presence up. Therefore, they get a big goose egg. The resaon for having a e-commerce site is for people to peruse and window shop. They don't even provide that service. Oh well, I guess some other site will get my business. Which translates to $0.00 for Cobra.
