Excellent service!! Dan was extremely helpful in figuring out what products I needed. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to sell me something I had no use for. I ended up purchesing my Tak FS78 from here, along with an eyepiece. If you are considering getting a Tak, buy from here, he knows the entire product line better than anyone I've talked to. The prices are very competitive. Only complaint is the slightly limited online product selection, but that isn't a big deal because all you have to do is call up the store to find what you want. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I ordered a Kendrick Dew Removal system for my 8SCT. The prices listed on the Web sight were several dollars lower than anywhere else. When I call they said the prices haven't been updated, but they honored the prices on the web page any way. The staff was very curtious and helpful. Excellent service is what sets retailers apart, not so much a few dollars in price.
