Sky and Telescope
I bought the Night Sky Planisphere at Sky and Telescope for the best price out there - $9.95 for the 8" - and recievd it within a few days in perfect condition.

I have also frequented their site to peek at the free sky maps before going outside.

They have helpful articles and reviews of their own which many will find valuable.
