Harry Siebert Optics Ultra 13mm, 2 inch
Siebert has come along way with his eyepieces and the way
he builds them. The not only look great but the glass he is using is much better than any before. Gone are the days
of cheap meaning ugly looks and so, so, views. This eyepiece
can go up against the best of them now. You may give way
on edge of field just so slight to a nagler but at this price
its worth giving that edeg away. Heck even nagkers are not really perfect on edge. Close but not perfect. Oh and I'm not looking at the edge anyway.Way to go Mr. Siebert Whatch out Mr. Nagler you best start keeping an eye on this Siebert
This 13mm has a good dark back ground on any and all
objects and shows really good detail too. I think the field of view maybe more than 70 though. It does not seem to have any ghosting on planets. Like the 19 ultra no black out
to be found. You did your home work did'nt you Mr. Siebert?
Oh yea one more thing spend a hundred or more and you
too can match this eyepiece.
Thanks Harry.

Harry Siebert Optics Ultra 13mm, 2 inch
Wonderful 13mm eyepiece. Recieved it a month ago, and used it several time with my 8" discovery F7 dob. It works great on the planets and nebules plus accepts my orion filters. I also have a 8 Radian, but now I just barlow the 13mm, the performance is the same and the 13mm gives me a 70 degree view too.
