Harry Siebert Optics Standard 45mm
Tested this eyepiece in a 6" f/8 APO refractor, and a 12" SCT f/10. The views that this eyepiece gave in both scopes was very good. Yes there is blackout if your eye is not center just right. But, with the sharpness of the images across the whole field of view, it is well worth learning to keep your eye center. The coatings are very smooth and the eyepiece has a very rugged feel and look.
Over all, a very well made light weight eyepiece that is more than worth the money that Harry is asking.

Harry Siebert Optics Standard 45mm
I have the 2" 45mm EP. Nice EP. Good FOV, to me I believe it is over 52', but I have not measured it. I am not sure if this is the same EP as the regular standard, there isn't a 2" 45mm listed. It does not do as well in a fast DOB. Loses edge quality, about 20% of the FOV. It does work very well in a SCT however. Has great eye relief and very clear images. Stars are pinpoints edge to edge in my SCT. Wife loves the 2" Sieberts for the FOV and eye relief, she wears glasses. Woould have given a better score on optics if it had done better in the F4.5 DOB.
