I think it is one of the best places to buy. They have lost of ways to buy things. They have lots of ways to save money. Like buying for new or used thing even things ananzion does not sell. They have lots of anime pluse other things.

Once I did not get my DVD order I told them and they shiped out another one know promble.

Pretty convenient place to buy anime from given that they sell tons of other stuff. I've had to return DVDs before (they actually switched my order with someone elses!!!) and it went very smoothly. Prices aren't the greatest compared to other mail order places, but they're usually very reasonable, being cheaper than most retail stores.
