Add a Boston powered subwoofer (like our 300-watt Boston PV800, sold separately) and you have , a home theater speaker system that delivers no-compromise performance with virtually unlimited placement flexibility. Each Micro100x is shrouded in an enclosure made of die-cast aluminum—a material chosen for its rigidity and density. As a result, the cabinet is so inert, virtually zero sound is lost to cabinet resonance. A two-way system, the Micro100x utilizes a 5 1/4-inch (135mm) bass unit with a basket that's also made of super-stiff cast aluminum. It keeps all critical moving parts in precise alignment for impeccable response.
