Adirondack Video Astronomy
I'm not terribly happy with AVA at this point. They talked me out of buying a Starlight Xpress HX916 from another vendor and offered me a deal wherein I could pay with a personal check and the HX916 would be shipped by 2-day FedEx, at no charge to me, within 72 hours after receipt of my check. I mailed the check two weeks ago on 10/30/01 and it cleared my bank 6 days ago on 11/6/01, yet I don't have the HX916 and no word from AVA on when it will be shipped. I emailed them on 11/9/01 and have received no response as of 11/12/01.
